NOTE! A California ABC license number is required for attendance. Out of state license holders must list their State and license number.
NOTE! No Duplicate Names on Tickets. Each ticket ordered must have the name of the person attending or your registrations may be deleted.
NOTE! All name badges will be held at Will Call (bring your Eventbrite Registration to the tasting as proof of preregistration and are at the bottom of the Eventbrite email confirmation that you will receive.)
NOTE! We do not allow trade attendees to leave the event with wine. Business & Professions Code Section 25503.4, and ABC rules, prohibit gifts or free goods at instructional events. No wine may be given or purchased.
Your registration does NOT confirm your eligibility to attend as trade. We are requiring each trade partner and media representative to enter their ABC license number or Media Affiliation to determine who is eligible to attend during the Trade portion of the tasting. Family Winemakers will review trade & media registrations to ensure that our criteria for admission are met.
To qualify for admission as trade: You must be professionally involved in the purchase and/or sale of wine; media must regularly disseminate articles on wine and identify your media outlet on the form; wine industry suppliers and wineries must be Associate Members or Members of Family Winemakers to attend as trade; contact us at info@familywinemakers.org about membership. If we have questions about your trade status or it appears that you do not meet our criteria, we will contact you.
Deadlines:
Monday, February 11, to qualify as preregistered trade and have pre-printed name tags at the event (under your last name).
Changes and registrations made after February 11 must be made on site (bring the "ticket receipt" to have the name changed at the event site). No advance registrations accepted after February 11. Trade tickets for those that have not preregistered for the event will be on sale at the door for a cost of $40.
Photo ID and proof of trade status will be required at the door for all trade.
